Pilot Psychological Assessments

CREWMIND provides Pilot Psychological Assessments (Part-CAT) for aviation companies. 

The assessment complies with EASA regulations and includes:

  • Personality assessment
  • Cognitive assessment
  • Social and professional competences assessment
 
An accredited aviation psychologist performs an indepth interview face to face or online.

Personalty assessment includes work related behavior and experience patterns and personality questionnaires.

Assessment of cognitive capacities includes testing for logical reasoning, numerical ability, verbal ability, visual spacial ability, long term memory, attention and concentration.

An indepth interview with an aviation psychologist is performed to assess social and professional competences and non-technical skills in  accordance with IATA guidelines.

In addition neuro-cognitive testing can be offered to test stress tolerance, attention, memory and complex executive functions.

Our Assessments comply with EASA regulations.

CREWMIND provides Psychological assessments for Pilots and Air Traffic Controllers (Part-MED) on request of the Aeromedical Examiner.

Class 1 initial psychological assessment includes an extensive clinical interview and mental state examination performed by a clinical aviation psychologist in accordance with Part-MED regulations. 

CREWMIND offers psychological expertise and advice when there is indication of possible mental health issues with pilots, air traffic controllers and cabin crew members. Crewmind co-operates with a team of psychiatrists with different areas of expertise if there is a need for an additional psychiatric expertise.
